Breathwork offers an experiential approach to working with stress, tension, emotional holding, and nervous system overwhelm.
When Insight Isn’t Enough
You may recognize certain patterns logically while still feeling emotionally or physically caught in tension, shutdown, overwhelm, or reactivity. Because these responses are experienced through the body and nervous system, change sometimes requires working with the body directly.
Breathwork can support:

releasing accumulated stress and tension
reducing chronic activation and shutdown states
increasing presence and connection with the body
softening emotional charge around past experiences
creating space for emotional expression and release

BBTRS® (BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System) is a trauma-informed breathwork approach that combines conscious breathing and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and greater connection with the body.
Sessions support change through direct experience rather than conversation alone.
Ways to Work Together
Breathwork can be experienced as a standalone session, as part of a short or longer series, or integrated into ongoing coaching work depending on your goals and needs.
Some people seek support around a specific pattern, stressor, or transition, while others prefer a more gradual process with space for integration and ongoing support.
When paired with coaching, insights from breathwork sessions can be explored and integrated into daily life with greater awareness, intention, and support.

Because breathwork is a physiological practice, it may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical or psychiatric conditions.
This may include unmanaged cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or seizure history, asthma, pregnancy, recent surgery, certain eye conditions, severe unmanaged psychiatric conditions, or active substance use.

Session Details
Sessions are 75-100 minutes, offered remotely.
Single Session $195
Focused Series (3-5 Sessions) $184 per session
Progressive Series (8-10 Sessions) $180 per session
